Aphrodite Hills

The award-winning links at Aphrodite Hills presents even the most experienced players with 18 challenging championship holes (6,289 meters) overlooking the site where Aphrodite, the goddess of love, is said to have emerged from the sea. It’s a certainty no other course in the world can make such a claim, but beyond legendary Cyprus atmosphere, the golf pros, staff, and other facilities differentiate. Aphrodite Hills has double ended 350m practice range, 4 target greens with bunkers, short game practice facilities, 3 academy holes, two residential professional golf instructors, and a large clubhouse with bar, restaurant, and terraces overlooking the green. Visually spectacular, built on two plateaus, the course meanders through indigenous olive and carob trees. The 7th hole crosses a lovely little gorge. This spectacular hole is one of the most famous and challenging Par 3s in all Europe.

Elea Golf Club

The Eléa Golf Club is a stunning Par 71, 18-hole course situated in one of Cyprus’ most breath-taking areas. Designed by golf legend Sir Nick Faldo, these links incorporate numerous natural features, and provide some of the most stunning views over the Mediterranean on all Cyprus. This course is designed the way all courses should be, indemnifying Paphos as a leading golf destination. Eléa Golf Club was created to present a challenge for golfers at every level of expertise. It features a golf academy staffed by some of Europe’s best training professionals, ample practice areas, and a spectacular clubhouse.

Minthis Hills Golf Club

This par 71, 18-hole championship course is situated in the beautiful grounds of a 12th Century monastery. The tranquil and pristine natural setting is cut by some of the most challenging fairways and greens anywhere. Designed by Donald Steel back in 1994, it’s the oldest course in Cyprus, one that has earned its reputation for first-rate play. Minthis Hills presents excellent practice facilities and a clubhouse with restaurant and bar. The best feature of this course is the setting in a valley surrounded by vineyards and orchards, a spot overlooking an unbelievable panorama of rolling hills and deep blue Mediterranean. Another surprise here is the fact that the clubhouse culinary team was trained by the legendary Alain Ducasse.

The Secret Valley Golf Club

Located a few kilometres to the East of Paphos, this 18-hole Par 71 championship course is a hidden gem, as the name implies. About 49km from Lemesos (Limassol), near Petra tou Romiou, the course plays out at relatively short 5904 meters but affords every level of adequate challenges owing to the needed precision of fairway play. The Secret Valley Golf Resort is an absolute “must play” golf experience, and some claim it is the most challenging of all Cyprus golf courses.
